Doa (Dead On Arrival) or within 5 day Policy **

In the rare case your coral arrives dead you much within 2 hours of package being delivered provide clear not blue light pictures and we will provide refund or credit at our discretion of said coral.

After the 2 hour window for first 5 days if coral dies please provide clear pictures not in blue light and we will issue store credit on next order or similar replacement coral on next order.

** Refunds and credits can be denied at Reef Management, LLC. discretion.
