SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship corals and livestock and overnight/next day air orders out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Also we monitor weather closely and subject to change depending on temperature and storms across country.

If customer insist on shipping in these cases we will not cover any loss or refund/credit

If shipping company loses box or package doesn't show up we will issue a refund and or credit

If package is delayed by shipping company a day do not panic we ship with oxygen and carbon and pack with 72 hour heat pack when needed. We will work with you to access coral when it does arrive and refund any dead on arrival live stock. (See DOA Policy)

Coral and livestock orders overnight/next day air under $400 have a flat rate of $60 shipping charge

Dry good/items not required overnight will be shipped economy 5 day shipping orders over $60 will ship free. Orders under $60 will have $15 dollar flat rate charge.
